1402 St. James Court - This and the other photos from Louisville were taken back in 1999. At the time I took no note of where they were taken and what an interesting challenge it was to try and find the location of these buildings ten years later. My previous post for the Belvoir condiminiums http://placestogobuildingstosee.blogspot.com/2009/10/belvoir-louisville-kentucky.html was my starting point and by using street view in Google maps I managed to find most of the rest of the buildings I photographed.
The Conrad-Calwell House was built between 1892 and 1895. The house is open for tours (though I have not visited it). See their website conradcaldwell.org.

Building - Haines City, Florida
801 Jones Avenue - There was nothing fantastic about this 1962 building overall but it had a couple of nice details like a great patterned block wall and a nice brick screen and planter.

House - Winter Haven, Florida
Evelyn Drive SE - This beautiful 1925 Mediterranean style home was for sale when I took these pictures back in June. There are many nice details on the house. The yard could use some work but as the last photo and the right side of the first photo show, there's a large Banyan tree in the yard which is really cool.

Kress - Orlando, Florida
The Kress building is L-shaped with facades on both Orange Avenue and Church Street. These buildings can be found all over the country in various states of repair. This particular one seems to be in fantastic condition. The building dates from 1936 and was designed by Edward F. Sibbert.
15 West Church Street
130 South Orange Avenue
Underside of the awning.
In the arcade of the building.
