229-231 Broad Street - I enjoy the building on the right (231) and its resemblance to a castle.

6th Street - Great old McDonald's sign.

130 North Park Avenue - A nice little rail on a second floor window.

Commercial Building - Los Angeles, California

1610 West 7th Street - Several nice details on this building but the only one I took a detail picture of was the  band of relief running around the upper part of the structure.

Police Department - Bushnell, Florida

219 North Market Street - Another great screen, this on on the front of the Bushnell Police Department.  By far the most remarkable thing about the building.

The Saharan Motor Lodge - Los Angeles, California

7212 West Sunset Boulevard - Another great sign in the daytime and at night.

San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union - Dade City, Florida

37925 Church Street - I've seen this particular pattern many times in block walls, screens and on furniture, but I'd never seen it in such a large scale.  The walkway that surrounds the building is sort of cantilevered off of the structure much like the overhang.  You can't see it in the first picture because of the bushes but it is visible in the last picture. 

Ritz Theatre - Thomaston, Georgia

114 South Church Street - Nice tile design on the theater facade.

Commercial - Bartow, Florida

1135 Spessard Holland Parkway (US17) - A nice little streamline building.  I especially love the little tower like thing that I assume is a chimney or vent of some kind.

The Fair - Sylvester, Georgia

111 Front Street - Building, not extraordinary.  Sign, pretty cool.

Shell Factory - North Fort Myers, Florida

2787 North Tamiami Trail - Until a recent visit with my grandmother I don't think I'd been to the Shell Factory since like 1980 or something.  I was not committed to stopping but once I saw the sign, I took it as a SIGN.  Other than the sign there wasn't anything interesting architecturally.

Magic Minute Car Wash - Los Angeles, California

1901 West Manchester Boulevard - Sometimes you just need to find a structure that you can use if you want to make giant kabobs and I think this one might fit the bill.

Fab Mod - Fort Meade, Florida

US17 - Another interesting mod building which has a lot of similar characteristics to the one posted yesterday from Zolfo Springs.  I couldn't get off the road fast enough to photograph the fantastic round canopies covering the walkway.

Industrial - Zolfo Springs, Florida

116 6th Street - An interesting little mod building in what seems like the middle of nowhere.  I'm looks like it could be some kind of communications substation or something.  Anyway, neato!

2519 Cherokee Parkway - Somewhere under all that ivy is a house.

55 East State Street - Originally part of the Loews theater chain, the Ohio Theatre opened in 1928.  It was designed by Thomas W. Lamb.
