1627 Peachtree Street NE - There are certainly some condition issues on this 1960 building that need resolved.  You can see the cracked brick in the first picture and some of the white portions of the building looked like they were about to fall off if I looked at them too hard.  All of the mosaic tile is very nice and the interesting concave entrance.
