140 South Beach Street - This 1932 structure might be one of the most beautiful Kress buildings I've seen. There is such a variety of texture and ornamentation and I love how it almost looks like a fortress and yet still manages to maintain an art deco feel.

7750 West Sunset Boulevard - This building has all kinds of great elements but the first to catch my eye was the fabulous ramp and stairs leading up to the entrance.

Kress - Orlando, Florida
The Kress building is L-shaped with facades on both Orange Avenue and Church Street. These buildings can be found all over the country in various states of repair. This particular one seems to be in fantastic condition. The building dates from 1936 and was designed by Edward F. Sibbert.
15 West Church Street
130 South Orange Avenue
Underside of the awning.
In the arcade of the building.
