Wonders of Miami Beach

Sort of a cheat post for today (super hectic this week).  A friend recently directed me to this fantastic travel film from 1964.  There are some fabulous shots of many Miami Beach landmarks including several of the wonderful Castaways which you can see a postcard of here and the Lincoln Road Mall before it was closed to vehicular traffic.  Here is the video.  Enjoy.

    Ooh! I can post, too. Apart from the extreme lack of chocolate chips in the cookie, Miami Beach in this 1964 film looks heavenly. Well, I could do without that bizarre musical review. And the footage of smooching couples was somewhat silly. But that's part of the retro kitschiness.
