6424 Santa Monica Boulevard - Circa 1937. This lovely art deco building was one of many in Los Angeles that inspired the facades along Hollywood Boulevard at the Disney-MGM Studios (Disney's Hollywood Studios) at Walt Disney World when it opened in 1989.
