    The relief on the pediment and transom (? - unsure I still remember my PCAD vocab) look really cool and impart a gravity and sense of permanence to the place. That might make it harder to establish another business there, if the building changes hands like some of your other featured blog subjects have. Of course, for the right establishment, it could just lend an amusing flavor.
