301-303 North Park Avenue - This Park Avenue retail building is from 1963.  I really liked the green details on the building.  They remind me of details on some Frank Lloyd Wright buildings.

1155 South Orlando Avenue - Just a nice little deco commercial building from 1948.  It's currently for lease.  Any takers?
