U.S. Post Office - Marietta, Georgia

257 Lawrence Street - I'm guessing this building was built in the late 50's or early 60's. The original post office became the public library in the early 60's and is now an art museum. Obviously the best feature of this structure is its great zigzag roofline.

  1. Whoa! Those zig-zags unnerve me. I could not feel comfortable spending much time around them - feel sort of dizzy.

  2. I worked in this building for 10 years. It opened on May 31, 1966.
