Clyde Hotel - Miami Beach, Florida

1430 Ocean Drive -  Currently it seems that this 1941 Lawrence Murray Dixon hotel is part of Hilton Grand Vacation Suites.  There was no name on the hotel when I took these pictures in November of 2009.  Recent pictures of the building show it named Ocean Plaza.

Kress - Sarasota, Florida

1442 Main Street - Another beautifully preserved Kress Store.  Built in 1932.

Beach Plaza Hotel - Miami Beach, Florida

1401 Collins Avenue - A 1936 design by Lawrence Murray Dixon.

Edison Hotel - Miami Beach, Florida

960 Ocean Drive - A Henry Hohauser design from 1935 this hotel is kind of an interesting mix of Art Deco and Mediterranean Revival.

Playmates - Hollywood, California

6438 Hollywood Boulevard - Built in 1931.  The original first floor facade has obviously been altered but the magnificent upper story art deco details remain.

Municipal Auditorium - Sarasota, Florida

81 North Tamiami Trail - Built in 1937, this lovely Art Deco/Art Moderne auditorium was designed by Thomas Reed Martin and Clarence A. Martin.

Bali Bay Trading Company - Tampa, Florida

4222 North Florida Avenue - Built circa 1948.

Greyhound Terminal - Daytona Beach, Florida

154 International Speedway Boulevard - This streamline beauty sits vacant waiting for some love.
