4075 US Highway 1 - This fab mod scalloped entry belongs to a Haverty's Furniture building from 1965.

Comfort Furniture - Cocoa, Florida

3633 US Highway 1 - This was a place with some neat aspects that is in desperate need of some TLC to bring it back to its 1963 glory.

Here you can see wires dangling from the overhang where lights should be.

709 Clearlake Road - Located next door to the Coca-Cola building is this small warehouse/industrial building from 1965.

Coca Cola - Cocoa, Florida

695 Clearlake Road - In an area that is largely concrete and industrial, this building really stood out for being well kept and nicely landscaped. I like the decorative metal screens on the building. I wish that this element was used more in contemporary buildings. They are a simple way to add texture and design and can be made in any number of designs and a variety of materials.
