411 First Street North - Built in 1924 or 1925 and originally a hotel, the Princess Martha is now a retirement home.

The Belle Haven - Sarasota, Florida

1133 4th Street - This lovely mediterranean revival apartment building was designed by Dwight James Baum and opened in 1926.  It's currently fenced off from the street.  Hopefully this is to protect it and not a precursor to demolition.

3013 Harbor Drive - Circa 1958.  While lovely overall, it was this wonderful stairway that first caught my attention.  The railings are fantastic and the clever roofline adds to the fun.

Judson C. Rives Building - Los Angeles, California

424 South Broadway - Here's another building that for which I have no exterior shots for some reason (the exact opposite of my usual situation.  Currently "The Judson" loft apartments, this structure started life in 1906 as an office building designed by Charles Ronald Aldrich in the Beaux Arts style.  The Broadway Theater was added to the first floor in 1924.
